Questa metodica consiste nella applicazione di radiofrequenza con un manipolo trans cutaneo. Si inizia il trattamento applicando un gel e facendo scorrendo col manipolo sulla pelle nella zona interessata da maggiore lassità cutanea ed adiposità localizzata. L’applicazione produce un aumento selettivo della temperatura. Il calore si evidenzia maggiormente nei tessuti con maggior impedenza elettrica:meno nella cute aumenta col derma, il tessuto adiposo e muscolare. Il calore prodotto dalla radiofrequenza induce una denaturazione di una parte delle fibre collagene ed una loro immediata contrazione. Compare subito una stimolazione progressiva dei fibroblasti e la sintesi di nuovo collagene che si protrae nei 6-10 mesi successivi. L’effetto finale e’ uno stiramento dei tessuti con una riduzione delle lassità cutanee .
